Nakuru Training Institute envisions a vibrant, holistically transformed community living in Dignity.
“To provide quality training to the community of Nakuru and beyond guided by Christian values for the transformation of the society”.
Nakuru Training Institute (NTI) was established in 2002 by Nakuru Christian Professionals Association (NCPA) and has been training students since then. The Institute collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Finland) to develop a state of the art campus. Students are trained and equipped with skills in various vocational and professional fields. To achieve this the NTI works closely with government agencies that are responsible for accreditations, Industrial Training, Examinations testing and grading in its endeavors to provide quality industrial and professional training to students, majority of whom are the youths. This working relationship is embodied in the need to equip our students with sound vocational and professional training that is grounded in knowledge, professionalism and excellence.
Since its establishment, Nakuru Training Institute (NTI) has been a beacon of education and professional development, having equipped over 10000 students with valuable skills as of October 2024. NTI prides itself on fostering strong industry connections through its dedicated liaison office, which plays a pivotal role in securing attachments, internships, and employment opportunities for our students. This proactive engagement ensures that our graduates are not only well-trained but also well-placed, with a significant number of them securing jobs following successful completion of their attachments.
NTI is fully registered with the TVET Authority Kenya as a Technical and Vocational Education Training Institute and consequently approved as a training and examination center by the following bodies:
